Bear Ramsay St Claire, founder of NeuroQBioAi™, is a neurodivergent pioneer in Quantum BioArtificial Intelligence, Advanced Super Artificial Intelligence, Transformer Primitive Mathematics and Neuromorphic biotechnology. Educated at Yale, Oxford, and UofT with summer researchFellowships at Oxford and the Sorbonne, he is the founding Research Scientist and BioAi & Cybernetics Engineer behind NeuroQCore 1.0™ the transformer native, softmax replacement breakthrough in BioAi, Cognitive Neural Architecture, Transformer Primitive Mathematics and Quantum Mechanics inspired microcellular/cognitive neuroscience.. A Fellow of Yale’s Center for Environmental Justice, the American Indian Science and Engineers Society, and UofT’s Buddhism and Mental Health Program, Bear cofounded UofT’s Neuroscience, AI & Ethics Lab, merging artificial intelligence, transformer primitive mathematics, neuro-biology, and cognitive quantum recursive systems into living, learning intelligence at the frontier of human-machine evolution. Bear is the founder of NeuroQBioAi™ with a mission beyond innovation, seeking to decode the fabric of existence through quantum inspired neuro-cognitive, neuroscience to build self-organizing, living BioAi intelligence.
